Job Description
As an Administration and Finance Coordinator, you will be the key person responsible for organizing and optimizing the administrative, financial, and student processes at Inspire Academy. You will work in a dynamic environment where you will manage data, documentation, and ensure the seamless functioning of the academy.
Your Main Responsibilities:
✅ Manage administrative and financial processes
✅ Track and process student enrollments and payments
✅ Prepare and maintain financial and legal documents
✅ Communicate with students and partners on administrative matters
✅ Optimize internal processes for more efficient operations
What We’re Looking For:
🚀 Exceptional organizational and communication skills
📊 Knowledge of basic financial processes and administrative operations
🛠️ Experience with tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM systems
🗣️ Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus)
