Job Description
As a Student Enrollment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for new students at Inspire Academy. You will communicate with prospective students, guide them through the application process, and ensure an excellent student experience.
Your Main Responsibilities:
✅ Communicate with prospective students (via email, phone, social media)
✅ Explain program details and assist with course selection
✅ Manage student data in the CRM system
✅ Track enrollments and prepare administrative documentation
✅ Continuously improve the student experience process
What We’re Looking For:
🚀 Enthusiasm for working with students and education
📞 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
🛠️ Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, CRM, HubSpot
🗣️ Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus)
